This nine hectares beach site is located in the internationally recognized Krabi island, a short distance to Phi Phi Island and other well known tourist destinations in the South of Thailand.

 

The concept, prepared for a well known Thai developer, plans for 900 units of low rise 1-3 stories, apartments, villas, hotel, pools, retail and other amenities.

Given the natural beauty of the site, the concept revolves around integration into the landscape. Placement of architecture was critical in preserving views into and out of the site, while the massing of buildings around plazas and native vegetation creates a vibrant and active community.
