This project is located in the southern sector of the urbanization of Magòria, on the grounds of a former train depot. The urbanization project is organized around a tree-lined pedestrian promenade, located at the level of the entrance to four residential buildings that will be built between the promenade and the Gran Via. From here it will be possible to access the lower level of a community hospital, aligned with the Corral Street. The central promenade is framed by two small gardens located at its two extremes: one configured as a terrace-lookout, at the corner of Corral with Mossén Amadeu Oller, the second is the culmination of the central promenade.
